DMCA Pty Ltd and DMCA Wealth Solutions Pty Ltd are registered tax agents and are bound by the Code of Professional Conduct under the Tax Agent Services Act 2009. We are committed to providing taxation services with integrity, competence, confidentiality, and professional behaviour, in accordance with our obligations.
Verify Our Registration
Clients can verify the registration status of any tax practitioner through the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) Public Register. The register provides details of registered tax agents and BAS agents, including registration status and any relevant conditions imposed by the TPB.
Matters Relevant to Your Engagement
The Tax Agent Services Act requires registered tax practitioners to disclose certain prescribed events.
As of 1 July 2026, there are no matters requiring disclosure that would reasonably be expected to influence a client’s decision to engage our services. Should any such matter arise, we must notify you within 30 days.
Complaints Process
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, we encourage you to contact us in the first instance so that we can work with you to resolve the issue.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of our internal review, you may lodge a complaint with the Tax Practitioners Board. Further information about the TPB complaints process is available at: https://www.tpb.gov.au/complaints.
