Get to know a bit more about one of our Senior Accountants, Sharon.

Tell us about what you do at dmca and your favourite thing about it.

My role is to provide clients with business advisory services including compliance, management of accounts, budgeting and forecasting etc. My favourite thing about my job is that I get chances to gain exposure to new knowledge and opportunities.

What are you most grateful for?

The things I’m most grateful for are a supportive family and a workplace where work-life balance is respected.

What’s the best advice you have ever been given about money and finance?

The best advice I have been given is to diversify the investment and to build an emergency fund for unexpected situations.

What do you do outside work to unwind?

Exercise. I go for a run at least twice a week (more in summer).

What’s the one thing you can’t do without (and why)?

Coffee on working days to switch my brain into ‘Work Mode’.
