Recently we have noticed client communication has defaulted to electronic for an increasing amount and type of regular ATO communication.
Upon confirmation with the ATO they are unwilling to change communication delivery formats for notices such as PAYG Instalments, Quarterly Business Activity Statements among others. Instead they are now sending these electronically through your MyGov Account. In some cases where clients do not have a MyGov account we have been unable to locate evidence it was sent.
