The Workplace Gender Equity Agency (WGEA) notes the continued gender pay gap has a disproportionate effect on women. Women are now struggling in these difficult economic conditions to manage groceries, energy, fuel and housing. Many are experiencing higher levels of stress with the rising cost of living as they try to support families alone.
