We are now half-way into our current 6-month fundraiser for Catherine House, and our team has already raised $2,810 so far for this worthwhile cause!
Within this, we are excited to share that after submitting an application with the Milford Community Connection Program, a grant of $2,500 was accepted towards our current fundraiser for Catherine House. We are grateful for the opportunity to advocate for this important organisation, and look forward to seeing what these funds can accomplish.
Catherine House provides accommodation and support services for women over the age of 18, unaccompanied by children, experiencing homelessness in South Australia. Through the provision of Crisis Accommodation, Mental Health Programs, Outreach Support, the Women’s Centre, Education & Employment, the organisation aims to offer women a safe, supportive environment with opportunities to achieve improved personal and economic wellbeing.
Tying in beautifully with our current fundraiser, in the spirit of International Women’s Day, our team rocked purple on Friday 7th March, with a team fundraising Quiz Night for Catherine House. 💜
