With the departure of dmca’s co-director Adam Griffiths recently, we have announced some promotions and launched an employee share scheme (ESS) to allow our long-term employees to step up and join the business.
Long term team members Ricardo Neves, Alison Stanbridge, and Mark Gellert have been promoted to Associate Directors and they are also the first of our people to join the dmca new ESS program.
Ricardo, Alison and Mark are familiar faces in our office as long servicing team members and have significant experience across all advisory areas including accounting, tax, business sales, retirement planning, and financial advice.
Our new employee share scheme is unique in Adelaide. We believe it will deliver gold standard service to our clients, while providing our employees with more opportunities to share in the success of our business. We’re expecting some fresh perspectives, new ideas and cutting-edge solutions that will continue dmca’s success into the future. In fact, employee share schemes are something we are already very familiar with at dmca. Customised ESS programs are often recommended to our clients as a way to turbo-charge businesses performance, or to plan for retirement.
