Get to know a bit more about one of our amazing Accountants, Tom.
Tell us about what you do at dmca and your favourite thing about it?
My role at dmca is part of the business services team. I help provide clients with a vary of services which include annual compliance, management accounts and ongoing services to the day to day running of our clients’ businesses. My favourite thing about working at dmca it is where I get to work closely with a client to help them achieve their goals.
What are you most grateful for?
I’m most grateful for my family and friends. Without these people in my life, I wouldn’t be able to do the things I do.
What do you do outside work to unwind?
To unwind it would definitely be something sporty. I will either be playing golf at Glenelg golf course (not sure if that is unwinding as it is more stressful than work), playing tennis or training for my next marathon.
What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?
Well, if I told you everyone would know. But one thing I’m happy to share is that I write left-handed but do everything else right-handed.
What’s the one thing you can’t do without (and why)?
Most people would say coffee, but if you think about that’s ridiculous as you can still survive. I know it’s not one thing, but I can’t go without air, food and water.
