We are excited to have welcomed two new friendly faces to our support team this Quarter, Lisa and Hayley!
Lovely Lisa has joined us as our Client Services Manager, from a background in Administration and Support spanning 25+ years. As a people person at heart, she is passionate about providing high-level customer service and support, particularly looking forward to building strong relationships with our clients and developing a thorough understanding of their needs. Her interest in finance stems from her belief that the right guidance can make a real difference in people’s lives especially when it comes to investments and the ever-evolving world of financial planning. She is currently excitedly building a new home with her husband, and loves any opportunity to get outdoors camping, fishing, 4WDriving, and spending quality time with family and friends or with her Kelpie ‘Cobba’.
We are also stoked to welcome Hayley in her role as Client Services Officer on the Financial Planning side. After growing up in Jersey – Channel Islands, Hayley gained experience as an Investment Dealer, before moving to Australia in 2002, working in Client Services and Paraplanning roles. Her interest in finance is driven by the great impacts it can have on both individuals and across the world in economics. An interesting fact about Hayley is she has previously competed in horse riding, along with her other interests in photography, painting and walking.
